Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is seeking an energetic, organized, self-starter to provide executive level administrative and secretarial support to our Subtrade Coordinators as a Sub Trade Administrative Assistant.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent administrative skills, be flexible and work effectively in a fast paced environment and will have recent experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity, preference will be given to those with experience in a construction related environment.
Duties will include:
• Data Entry
• Writing purchase orders and ensuring all invoices are coded correctly
• Contract preparation
• Change order preparation for sub-trades
• Receives, screens, prioritizes items for immediate attention, drafts response and/or distributes to others documentation/communications directed to the Sub-trade Coordinators
• Ensures filing and distribution systems are maintained for a variety of records and files, maintains a bring forward system

Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience with Quick Books considered an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable of decision making/problem solving within predetermined guidelines
• Demonstrated organizational skills and confidence using electronic systems
• Excellent attention to detail
Experience/Education:
• Grade 12 plus and related administrative experience required
• Legal Assistant Certificate required
• Must be bondable, reliable and highly professional with a strong work ethic
