Details:
Duties include: Organize and prep your station, execute meals according to the menu details. Must be clean and work according to food safe regulations. Multi tasking is a big part of the position. Catering prep work will be required as well.
Qualifications & Experience:
Four year minimum experience in a high volume kitchen environment. Must be effecient for line cooking, multi tasking and to work as a team player. Must be willing to work all shifts which will include evenings and weekends. Must have food safe, and Red seal would be an asset.
