Job Summary:
The Project Manager for Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is responsible for managing and tracking all aspects of each construction build to ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget. The individual will work with the project management team and construction staff in the field to ensure project construction is executed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining integrity of design. Throughout each project lifecycle, the Project Manager communicates project deliverables regularly to key stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects in Canada
• Prior Canadian cold weather construction estimating experience is mandatory
• Post-secondary education in construction management preferred
• Project Management Professional certification would be an asset
• Experience in construction estimating, scheduling, cost control, and contract management
• Strong knowledge of construction industry and the market
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with MS Project
• Familiar with related OH&S legislation and environmental requirements
