Administration:
-Telephone reception
-Intake of New Clients and client assistance
-Maintain data base
-Office Administration
-Filing System Maintenance
-Equipment Inventory Maintenance
-Liaise with Network System Administrator and network installers as required.
-Processing, scheduling and follow-up of service requests
-Send and receive parcels
-Website management
Organizational Management:
-Ensure compliance with Employment Standards Act, WCB Workplace safety and other regulations that apply.
-Maintenance of relationships with clients, government agencies and communities.
Financial Management:
-Invoicing clients
Liaise and work with Board of Directors including:
-Supply reports and information to the Society Board
-Attendance of Society meeting, take and transcribe minutes of Society, maintain records
-Preparation of Society meeting packages, scheduling and attendance confirmations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Customer service and office organizational skills required.
On the job training could be available to the right candidate.
