Job Summary:
The Systems Integration Analyst works as part of the Asset Management administration team to ensure the effective integration of current software and database systems. The role is responsible for monitoring the usage of each system and recommending solutions on how the various systems can work together. The Systems Integration Analyst is also accountable for planning system upgrades to ensure seamless integration with current infrastructure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work with Asset Management administration teams to ensure software systems are fully integrated
• Research and implement the appropriate processes to support and improve end-user productivity
• Monitor and assess systems to ensure processes are operating as designed
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility and compatibility with current system
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems process and integration
• Maintain a clear understanding of the business requirements and deliverables of Asset Management administration division
• Liaise with service providers to ensure continued software efficiencies
• Stay informed on new or emerging software trends that provide clear benefits to the business and clients
• Plan, track, and communicate integration status and system enhancements to management in support of future requirements
• Provide technical support for current property management helpdesk system
• Collaborate with IT staff on troubleshooting, systems issues, and software upgrades
• Document system problems and resolutions for future reference
Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Science, or equivalent
• Minimum two years’ experience working in a database systems environment
• Solid knowledge of software development cycles
• Proficiency with databases
• Proactive approach to problems and issues
• Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches
• Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to all audiences
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to write concise and accurate technical documentation
• Self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes
• Ability to interpret the operational requirements of end users
