Job Summary:
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for developing streamlined construction quality control inspection processes and implementing the tools out into the field. The role acts as an ambassador for quality control in the company and communicates quality control procedures accordingly. The Quality Control Specialist is an effective trainer and uses a variety of computer-related tools to implement and monitor inspection results.
Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of direct work experience with Construction QC systems, regulations, guidelines, and associated standards
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in the construction field
* Strong computer skills and ability to train others on departmental programs
* Working knowledge of construction-related quality control programs
* Direct knowledge of Construction QC methodologies
* Ability to interface directly with cross-functional teams
* Ability to create and review technical documentation
* Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
