Details:
Assist bookkeeper in completing daily and monthly financial reports. Reporting profitability by project and by account/client and by month. Provide administrative support to management staff and assist with operational needs. Inventory management and control. General office administration and other duties will be required.
Qualifications & Experience:
*3 years full time administration or bookkeeping related work experience using Simply Accounting or Quickbooks
*Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
*Desire to take on additional responsibilities
*Conscientious, hard-working and reliable
*Fluent in Mandarin will be an asset
