Details:
Looking for an experienced Sushi Cook with the following requirements
• Completion of high school is required.
• At least 3 years of culinary experience in traditional Japanese cuisine is required.
• Having relevant trade certificate or licence is an asset.
Job Duties: Plan, cook and prepare of the sushi bar menu (sushi, sashimi, rolls & etc.); develop & create new receipt and special menus; Supervise & train junior cooks and helpers.
• 37.5 hours/week (full-time position) ,
• Wage: $15~18/hour depends on experience and expertise
• 4% of vacation fee or 10 days of paid vacation, free meals and gratuities
