Qualifications & Experience:
Looking for experienced camp cook, with Level 3 OFA. Must have experience in cooking, baking, essentially all meal preparation. Cooking Breakfasts & Dinners, Buffet style, Cooking for approximately 20 - 25 people.
Specific Skills: Prepare and cook full course meals, plan menus, ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, work with minimal supervision. Weekly grocery ordering, estimate food requirements and costs, maintain kitchens and food service areas, preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, work with household style cooking equipment in remote location, clean kitchen and work areas, wash dishes, serve dinners, set up buffet, etc. Kitchen helper provided during meal service/clean up time.
