Details:
Ramp Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are treated with a high degree of customer satisfaction, as well as ensuring that customer’s possessions are treated with care and concern.
Ramp Attendants are part of a team working in conjunction with crew members and ground agents to escort/board passengers and maintain baggage accuracy.
They must also ensure safety, on-time performance and quality customer service are at a premium. They are our service professionals entrusted with safety, security and service excellence
Qualifications & Experience:
·Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid class 5 driver’s license
·Strong written and oral communication skills
·Proficient data entry and basic math skills
·Completes tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
·Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and able to assist passengers in and out of aircraft as required
·Ability to work outdoors during inclement weather conditions
·Must be flexible to work any shift that is assigned
·Experience in customer service
·Must be able to obtain and maintain designated security clearance

·Follow and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with Pacific Coastal Airlines and regulatory requirements

·Deliver service standards in accordance with Pacific Coastal Airlines philosophy
·Greet and engage customers on the ground
·Carry oneself in a professional manner
