Details:
The Inland Group’s Campbell River location is seeking a full time Office Clerk.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Handling all incoming & outgoing mail
- Processing customer payments and preparing bank deposits
- Assisting accounts payable clerk
- Coordinating safety
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year certificate from college or business school preferred
- 2-4 years related office experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience
- Good knowledge and display of telephone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and must be able to multi-task.
