Details:
Looking for an experienced Sushi Cook
-Completion of high school is required.
-At least 3 years of culinary experience in traditional Japanese cuisine is required.
-Specialty in traditional Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, rolls & etc.) is an asset.
-Having relevant trade certificate or licence is an asset.
- Job Duties: Plan, cook and prepare a wide variety of items for the sushi bar menu (sushi, sashimi, rolls & etc.); develop & create new receipt and special menus; Supervise & train junior cooks and helpers.
-37.5 hours/week
- 4% of vacation fee or 10 days of paid vacation, free meals and gratuities
