Details:
Receiving and sending E-mails, sending text messages using an I-Phone
Providing cost estimates and quotes
Dispatching using Nero Global/organizing and sending jobs/monitoring vehicles
Creating spread sheets/keeping records using Excel
Filing
Answering phones, taking orders and doing up contracts
Keeping inventory records and ordering inventory
Office Cleaning
Hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous office experience is an asset
Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Word and Excel 2010
Must possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
Reliable/self starter
Must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Must be able to work independently, be able to multi task and be detail oriented
Ability to balance and reconcile reports
Knowledge of the Campbell River and Courtenay area an asset
