Details:
Working within the realm of the WorkSafeBC Vocational Rehabilitation Services program, the Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) works directly with Injured Workers to develop return to work or vocational rehabilitation plans. The VRS works to facilitate a successful return to suitable and durable employment with a new employer. The VRS will be responsible for Resume and Cover Letter Preparation, Job Search Skills, as well as Individualized Job Placement.

The successful candidate will have:
• A minimum of three years successful experience working with people with various types and degrees of injury in employment programming and vocational rehabilitation
• A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel
• Certification as one of the following considered an asset:
• Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP)
• Certified Vocational Professional (CVP)
• Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC/CCRC)
