Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Assistant Manager, Lending is responsible to manage and direct the operation of the branch lending function within established policies and procedures and be accountable for branch portfolio growth through business development and building customer relationships. This individual will lead, coach and develop a team of representatives to achieve success by providing superior service to our growing membership. The Assistant Manager, Lending also supports the Willow Point, Discovery Harbour & Quadra Community branches.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 6-9 years of progressive lending experience including commercial lending. This individual will have experience in managing employees in member service and lending capacities, as well as a proven track record of achieving superior sales results in the financial service industry.
