We currently have an opening in our Campbell River campus for a dynamic individual to join our team for the position of Junior Admissions Assistant. This position is responsible for assisting students in the enrollment process.
The duties required for this position include:
- Outgoing calling
- Extensive filing and file archiving/organizing
- Data entry
- Managing some administrative tasks independently
- Ensuring great customer satisfaction for our students
- Determine student needs/eligibility based on background and future goals
- Attention to detail and moving forward to student application
- Completes processes and tracks Canada Student Loans or other funding applications
- Determines student eligibility and provides program advisement accordingly

This position will allow the successful applicant to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, use good judgment, and manage an administrative caseload.
The hours are Tuesday to Friday 10 am until 7 pm and Saturday 9-6 (There is a potential for the hours to be 12-9 pm on the weekdays)
