Details:
This is a 5-2 shift
*Preparing, seasoning and cooking of all meals
*Maintain high levels of food safety through strong culinary techniques
*Ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the kitchen
*Assist the main shift cook in menu planning and grocery order submission
Qualifications & Experience:
*Red Seal Journeyman Chef certification an asset
*Previous camp experience an asset
*Food Safety Certificate
*Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs throughout a work shift
*Be able to work comfortably and maintain high levels of performance during work shift
*Level 3 First Aid an asset
