Details:
Primary function is to supervise housekeepers, schedule housekeepers, maintain cleaning products’ inventory, and maintain inventory in each owner suite, inspect rooms daily after housekeepers have cleaned to be sure our high standards are maintained, liaise with the Lead Hand any damages to room and co-ordinate repairs with contractor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect all rooms after they have been cleaned
Supervise housekeepers
Clean rooms
Follow guidelines set out for cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and bedrooms
Order cleaning supplies and condiments for rooms through Lead Hand
Sort and store laundry
Co-ordinate spring cleaning & steam cleaning of carpets
Report to Lead Hand any problems with rooms i.e. damages, stolen items, or need for replacement items/furniture
Qualifications & Experience:
Looking for a dedicated and reliable leader who is committed to contributing to and maintaining a positive and fun work environment! Must have previous Housekeeping experience.
Ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a natural ability to communicate effectively with second to none attention to detail. Must be reliable, dependable, able to work weekends and holidays and follow directions.
