Details:
Prepare, issue and obtain approval of lists of prospective Tenderers for specific contract packages;
Prepare tender documents meeting the project requirements and launch the Requests for Tender;
Coordinate clarifications’ request and issuing addenda to Tendered;
Receive tenders, proceed with the analysis and manage internal and external communication;
Prepare and issue contract documents for signature.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal Contract Administrator must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a minimum of 2 years’ previous contract administration experience.
Must be a self-starter, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
