Details:
We are currently taking applications for a Service Advisor position in our Campbell River location.
This position will be responsible for receiving, managing the repair of and delivering customer vehicles that are in need of mechanical work.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must for this position.
Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) essential
• Post-secondary diploma or trade certification preferred
• Three years related experience and/or training preferred
• Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and keyboarding
• Ability to proactively problem-solve and think logically
• Good verbal and strong written communication skills
• Strong ability to listen to other’s presentations and be able to interpret issues and pass on to others
• Good mechanical aptitude preferred
• Good organizational skills.
• Accurate keyboarding skills. Good multi-tasking ability- Detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, helpful and cheerful with sales personnel.
• Functions well with large volume and fast-paced work environment.
• Accountability and dependability • Time management
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 kgs or 50 lbs on occasion.
• Must be able to walk around shop floor/parts department and sit/stand at service counter.
