Details:
Prepare quality, consistent and well-presented food items, ensure all guidelines and recipes outlined from the head-chef are met and adhered. Prepare and stock for daily operation. Maintain organization cleanliness and sanitation of the work-space and equipment. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, as part of a team or independent, on evenings and some weekends. Red seal is an asset but not required.
We are able to train the right candidate for red seal certification.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience as a cook is required.
Red Seal is an asset.
