Transportation to and from work sites provided from Campbell River on scheduled dates. Applicants must be physically fit. The job tasks require; strength, agility and endurance. Must be prepared to work outdoors in the bugs, rain and sun for up to 12 hours per day. Most of our heli-log operations are based from mobile float camps. Located in remote sites ranging from Prince Rupert to Port Renfrew. It is shift work. Typical shift rotation is 14&7. 14 days at work followed by 7 days at home. Caulk boots and Bucking pants mandatory. A complete list of required Personal Protective Equipment will be discussed during interview. Drug and alcohol policy in effect. Safety is our priority. Zero tolerance for impairment at work or on company property.
There are several full time positions available. Starting pay rates are based on level of experience and skills applicants possess. All new hires will partake in Noiwa Ltd's Training & Assessment Program. Individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude towards; working as a team, diligently adhere to company Safe Work Procedures, show good risk assessment skills and motivation to safely contribute to achieving production targets will be promoted.
The work provides an opportunity to see the coast of B.C. By planes, boats and helicopters. $35,000 - $90,000 annual earnings for approximately six months at work. It is not light duty.

Qualifications & Experience:
Applicants with the following background will be prioritized for hiring interviews:
Helicopter logging experience: Conventional logging background
Shake block cutters/Landing bucker: Silviculture - spacing/tree planting
Or previous experience working outdoors in production oriented, physically demanding job.
Hold a valid Driver's Licence: Forest Tech diploma
