Details:
24 – 32 hrs per week. Includes night shifts, weekends and holidays.
Duties include front desk reception, answering phones, taking reservations, check-in and check-out guests
Duties will also include, assisting with laundry, and maintaining a clean reception area and work space.
Qualifications & Experience:
A positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service are essential.
Knowledge of area and local events, and previous hotel-related experience are an asset.
Position requires ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills required include: professional telephone etiquette and personal guest reception.
Accuracy with math, a good understanding of double entry accounting, and problem solving.
Computer literacy and use of front office equipment.
Attention to details.
