As a member of the team, the Client Services Representative is responsible responding to prospective customer inquiries and current client concerns pertinent to our residential properties throughout Western Canada. The role delivers exceptional customer service and is a brand ambassador for the company. The CSR also responds to property maintenance requests and inputs orders for the regional maintenance staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the customer service industry
Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entering
Minimum 45 wpm typing speed
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Superior attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
