Milieu is hiring for a Full Time - RESIDENTIAL MANAGER
Location: Campbell River Area
Residential Manager must have experience supporting adults with medical needs whom have developmental disabilities. Must have health related training and 3 plus years’ experience managing licensed facilities. In addition, must have experience with delegation of task closely working with (HSCL) Health Services for Community Living within (VIHA) Vancouver Island Health Authority.

JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, implements and oversees the day-to-day activities of a program. Participates in program development and facilitation, policies and procedure formulation, program evaluation and budget preparation.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 1 year management leadership certification or equivalent. Plus 2 years of social services related education (diploma), and 2 years of experience leading a team or equivalent
• 3 plus years of experience/knowledge in complex care needs, trauma training, positive behavioral support, and community care licensing regulations, CLBC standards, and CARF accreditation standards.

• Excellent verbal and written (grammar, spelling, format) communication skills
• Ability to ensure confidential information is maintained

• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
