Position Details:
• General office duties
• Scheduling appointments either by telephone or in person
• Multitasking multiple phone lines and clients
• Client data entry with accuracy
• Collects payments and issues receipts
• Cash management
• Organizing medical records
• Customer service and able to assist clients and deal with inquiries
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Previous experience in reception/administration experience is required
• Warm, friendly telephone manner
• Customer service experience, ideally in the service sector
