Financial Services Firm in Campbell River, BC looking for a limited part-time Administrative Assistant - Marketing/Sales who will work alongside an Investment Advisor with goals to help develop their business. This position has high potential to transition into a 1 year full-time contract Associate position covering an upcoming maternity leave in Jan/Feb.
What you will do:
As an Administrative Assistant - Marketing/Sales you will be responsible for working with clients.
Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriate.
Handle daily email/mail coming in and out on behalf of the Advisor.
Responsible for website maintenance and social media coordination.
Data entry required within a variety of software's as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong Computer Skills ~Exceptional client service skills~Experience in a dynamic work environment
Strong oral and written English communication skills~Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Nice to have:An interest in the investment/financial field.
Intent in completing Financial Investment course including Canadian Securities Course
